6 weeks – 18 months · Infant Program

Where your baby is safe,
known, and loved.

We follow your baby's individual schedule — not ours. Feeding, sleeping, and play happen on your child's terms, surrounded by attentive, affectionate care from day one.

Why infants thrive here

Three things every infant parent needs to know.

Your baby's own schedule

We don't run an infant program on a group clock. Feeding, napping, and play follow your child's natural rhythms — not a shared timetable.

Daily updates — every single day

Feed times, nap lengths, moods, milestones — you'll receive a written daily log so you never wonder how your baby's day went while you were at work. No guessing. Just the day, in detail.

CPR certified · Maryland licensed

Robin holds current CPR and Pediatric First Aid certification. The home is licensed by the State of Maryland, background-checked, and inspected. Your baby is in verified, trusted hands.

The infant day

A gentle, unhurried rhythm.

No two babies move through the day the same way. This is a guide, not a schedule. Your baby leads. We follow.

For parents

You'll never wonder how your baby's day went.

Every afternoon you receive a written daily log — feed times, nap lengths, activities, mood notes, and anything your baby discovered today. No summarized 'they did great.' Just the day, in full, so you feel close even when you're apart.

"I know how hard it is to leave your baby. I've watched hundreds of parents do it. My job is to make sure you never regret it."
— Robin Neal, Founder & Director

Your baby deserves to be known from day one.
